We use job-tracking, comprehensive scheduling and project management software to support efficient and cost-effective reporting and project management.

This is how we process your assignment:

1. You send us your document or a description of your needs.

2. VOX Translations replies with FREE written estimate indicating the following:

Fees. The cost of our services depends on the nature of each work, based on considerations like type of material, language combination involved, heavy formatting, graphics processing, level of technical difficulty, time line, and many other factors.
Completion time. In order to secure an effective delivery schedule and a flawless project management we determine an appropriate time frame that fits both your requirements and our capabilities.
All relevant information, including:
A graphic schedule illustrating all stages of the project.
Information about the appointed project manager who coordinates and supervises your project.
A list of his/her duties.
A description of the way our specialists will perform his/her responsibilities.
Dates and methods of reporting.

3. In order to interpret specific issues or terminology we will ask you for instructions on how and in what events to contact your employees. A clear comprehension of your your policies and/or procedures, would help to implement a working relationship and would enable us to deliver the best possible product.

4. In certain cases, in order to expedite the process and further secure the accuracy of our work, we ask you to provide us with a glossary of terms, if available, or for suggestions on what sources to consult.

5. You may send us a company purchase order, or a clear statement stating acceptance of our terms, or you may communicate your objections or counteroffers by any means. Once we agree on all stipulations, you should send us your final, written order.

6. Keeping on mind the subject, target language, and country, market or audience you want to reach, we select the translators and editors who suit your specific needs. We choose our translators and other specialists not only in consideration to their linguistic skills, but to their technical training and practical expertise. Our staff includes bilingual attorneys, page layout/graphic designers, engineers, psychologists, bankers, economists, and doctors in medicine.

7. The project manager notifies the translators, editors and graphic designers about our choice, internal deadlines, guidelines, and lists of responsibilities that they should follow during the development of the project.

8. All orders are word-processed and/or formatted in the software of your choice,* adjusted to conform to the contents of the original text and/or graphics and DELIVERED AT NO COST TO YOU via fax, messenger, air courier, modem, electronic or regular mail.

9. Save electronic and facsimile delivery, your document(s) is(are) sent with a FREE copy on CD(s) or on floppy disk(s). If requested, your document(s) is (are) printed on a laser printer.

* Typesetting and desktop publishing are considered as separate orders
