• 2. VOX Translations returns you a FREE written estimate indicating the following:

• This estimate is calculated taking into consideration several factors, including but not limited to, type of material, actual number of words, language combination involved, level of technical difficulty, formatting, and time line.
• Completion time. Aiming to secure a flawless project management and an effective delivery schedule, we are careful to offer an adequate time frame that fits your requirements.
• All relevant information, including:

• A description of the way he/she will perform his/her responsibilities.
• Time line and methods of reporting.

• 3. In order to accurately interpret specific issues we ask you for instructions on how and when to contact your employees. We look forward to follow your policies and/or procedures, and always implement a working relationship that facilitates our commitment to deliver top quality results.
• 4. If necessary, in order to further secure the accuracy of our work, and to expedite the process, we ask you to provide us your own glossary of terms, if available, or for suggestions on what sources of information to consult.
• 5. Since all orders should be accompanied by a company purchase order, you send us such instrument stating acceptance of our terms, or you communicate your objections or counteroffers by any means. Once we agree on all stipulations, you send us your final, written order.
• 6. Keeping on mind the subject, language, and country or audience you want to reach, we select from our vast database only those translators and editors who suit your specific needs. We choose our translators and other specialists not only because of their linguistic skills, but also because of their technical expertise and training. Our staff includes bilingual attorneys, psychologists, graphic designers, engineers, computer programmers, bankers, economists, doctors, and scholars and other members of the translation community.
• 7. The project manager notifies the translators, editors and graphic designers about our choice, internal deadlines, guidelines, and lists of responsibilities that they should follow during the development of the project.
• 8. All orders are word-processed and/or formatted in the software of your choice,* adjusted to conform to the contents of the original text and/or graphics and DELIVERED AT NO COST TO YOU via fax, messenger, air courier, modem, electronic or regular mail.
• 9. Unless you demand electronic and/or facsimile delivery, your document (s) is (are) sent with a FREE copy on CD (s) or on floppy disk (s). If requested, your document (s) is (are) printed on a laser printer.
• * We consider typesetting and desktop publishing as separate orders.
